- Open Account and Settings.
- Choose Account and Data.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deletion permanently removes your account, recordings, transcripts, images, notes, and chats from the active global service. Limited operational backups may take time to expire.
If you cannot access the app
Contact liaoyalei@gmail.com from the address associated with your support request. We may ask for additional verification before deleting an account. Do not attach recordings, notes, passwords, or Apple credentials.
