You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Aplomo permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. You must have the legal right and any required consent to record, upload, and process that content. Do not use Aplomo to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of others.

Transcripts, notes, and answers may contain errors and should be checked against the original recording and cited sources. Aplomo does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and must not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
Subscriptions
Optional Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before renewal. Restoring purchases reconnects an eligible Apple subscription to your Aplomo account. Existing content remains accessible after a subscription ends, subject to these terms.
Availability and termination
We may change or suspend features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. You may stop using Aplomo or delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts used for abuse, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these terms.
